    Effective 9:00AM CCT December 28, 2022, Sabine Pipeline LLC is lifting the previously posted
    Operational Flow Order issued on December 22, 2022

    Pursuant to Section(s) 7.6.6 – 7.6.14 of the Sabine Pipeline, LLC (“Sabine”) Tariff, this posting will serve
    as Sabine’s notification that due to Severe Winter weather approaching the Gulf Coast, all Shippers are
    advised to coordinate with their markets to ensure that physical flow quantities at all Receipt and
    Delivery locations match scheduled quantities. Sabine is taking all necessary precautions to prepare in
    the event of outages to our facilities or interconnecting facilities. We will continue to monitor the
    progress of the storm and will post additional information and updates as necessary. At this time, Sabine
    is declaring an OFO and will continue to monitor flow quantities to ensure the integrity of the system.
