    CRITICAL NOTICE OF RECEIPT LIMITATIONS

    This posting is to notify all Shippers that due to pressure incompatibility at the below listed meter
    stations, and in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions of Sabine’s gas tariff, effective
    immediately for nominations made for the Timely Cycle of Gas Day December 2, 2022, and continuing
    through subsequent cycles until such time as pressure compatibility issues are resolved and Sabine can
    receive gas unaided into the system at its normal operating pressures, nominations for RECEIPTS at the
    following Sabine interconnects will not be accepted:
