    CRITICAL NOTICE OF RECEIPT LIMITATIONS – GULF SOUTH

    This posting is to notify all Shippers that due to insufficient capacity to handle all confirmed and
    scheduled nominations on the Sabine Pipe Line LLC (“Sabine”) system, concern over being able to safely
    operate the station within the design capacities, and to ensure the integrity and stability of the system
    in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions of Sabine’s gas tariff, effective immediately for
    nominations made for the ID1 Cycle of Gas Day June 1, 2022, and continuing through subsequent cycles
    until such time as station issues are resolved, nominations at the following Sabine interconnects will be
    subject to curtailment    :
