    CRITICAL NOTICE OF POSSIBLE RECEIPT LIMITATIONS – GAS QUALITY

    This posting is to notify all Shippers, due to receipts into Sabine of elevated CO2 causing downstream
    specification issues, and in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions of Sabine’s Gas Tariff,
    effective immediately for nominations made for the ID2 Cycle of Gas Day April 22, 2022, and continuing
    through subsequent cycles until such time as gas quality issues (CO2) are resolved, nominations at the
    following Sabine interconnects may be subject to possible curtailment:
