    CRITICAL NOTICE OF POINT CURTAILMENT AT NGPL



    Effective for Gas Day February 11, due to pressure incompatibility at the NGPL delivery affecting
    the Sabine Pipe Line LLC (“Sabine”) system from making the full scheduled delivery nominations,
    Sabine is curtailing nominations at the NGPL delivery point. Sabine will lift this curtailment at
    such point that pressures at the NGPL delivery point are at a pressure sufficient to allow gas to be
    discharged from Sabine’s pipeline system adequately.

    We encourage shippers to monitor the website for any updates. Please call a Transportation
