    SABINE PIPE LINE LLC

    CRITICAL NOTICE OF RECEIPT POINT CURTAILMENT AT SONAT



    Effective immediately, due to insufficient pressures at the SONAT receipt point to enable gas to
    enter into the Sabine Pipe Line LLC (“Sabine”) pipeline system, Sabine is curtailing all receipts at
    the SONAT receipt point. Sabine will lift this curtailment at such point that receipts from the
    SONAT receipt point are at a pressure sufficient to allow gas to enter Sabine’s pipeline system
    without compression.

    We encourage shippers to monitor the website for any updates. Please call a Transportation
