    SABINE PIPE LINE LLC

    CRITICAL NOTICE OF OPERATIONAL FLOW ORDER AT HENRY HUB

    AND POSSIBLE FORCE MAJEURE EVENT



    As a replacement to our operational flow order issued on October 5, 2020 and pursuant to Section
    7.6.6 of the FERC gas tariff of Sabine Pipe Line LLC (“Sabine”), effective as of 9:00 a.m. CST
    on October 9, 2020, Sabine is issuing an operational flow order for all Henry Hub receipt points
    on the Sabine system and requiring all shippers to match deliveries to the Henry Hub to their
    nominated quantities.

    Sabine is issuing this operational flow order in anticipation of the impact of Hurricane Delta and
    is advising all shippers that Hurricane Delta may require Sabine to issue a notice of force majeure.
