    SABINE PIPE LINE LLC

    CRITICAL NOTICE – WEATHER – PRELIMINARY

    Pursuant to Section(s) 7.6.6 – 7.6.14 of the Sabine Pipeline, LLC (“Sabine”) Tariff, this posting will

    serve as Sabine’s preliminary notification that due to Hurricane Laura approaching the Gulf Coast, all
    Shippers are advised to coordinate with their markets to ensure that physical flow quantities at all
    Receipt and Delivery locations match scheduled quantities. Sabine is taking all necessary precautions to
    prepare in the event of outages to our facilities or interconnecting facilities. We will continue to monitor
    the progress of the storm and will post additional information and updates as necessary. At this time,
    Sabine is NOT declaring an OFO and will continue to monitor flow quantities to ensure the integrity of
    the system. In the event that an OFO is issued, a separate notice shall be made to all affected parties.
