In accordance with Section 6.28 of the General Terms and Conditions (“GTC”) of its tariff, Portland Natural Gas Transmission System (PNGTS) is soliciting bids for the sale of excess operational natural gas volumes by PNGTS to buyers at Pittsburg – East Hereford (012723).
RFP Period
Open: 12:00 PM CST, Thursday May 23, 2026
Close: 12:00 PM CST, Monday May 27, 2026
Award Period: 12:00 PM – 01:30 PM CST Monday May 27, 2026
Request for Bids for the Purchase of Natural Gas from PNGTS
Performance Obligation and Contract Quantity
In order to meet its operational needs, PNGTS is soliciting bids for the sale by PNGTS to buyers of a total of 155,000 MMBtu, to be sold ratably in an amount of 5,000 MMBtu per Day, of natural gas as set forth more fully below.
Receipt Point
Pittsburg – East Hereford (012723)
The operational sale will be made on an unbundled basis whereunder the purchaser will be responsible for any required transportation from Pittsburg.
Receipt Period
PNGTS is soliciting bids for the period commencing May 1, 2026 through May 31, 2026. PNGTS reserves the right to reject any bid that would hinder PNGTS’s ability to meet its full operational requirements.
