In accordance with Section 6.28 of the General Terms and Conditions (“GTC”) of its tariff, Portland Natural Gas Transmission System (PNGTS) is soliciting bids for the sale of excess operational natural gas volumes by PNGTS to buyers at Westbrook M&N (235006).
RFP Period
Open: 4:00 PM CST, Friday March 13, 2026
Close: 11:00 AM CST, Friday March 27, 2026
Award Period: 12:00 PM – 01:30 PM CST Friday March 27, 2026
Request for Bids for the Purchase of Natural Gas from PNGTS
A. Performance Obligation and Contract Quantity
In order to meet its operational needs, PNGTS is soliciting bids for the sale by PNGTS to buyers of a total of 150,000 MMBtu, to be sold ratably in an amount of 5,000 MMBtu per Day, of natural gas as set forth more fully below.
B. Receipt Point
WESTBROOK M&N (235006)
The operational sale will be made on an unbundled basis whereunder the purchaser will be responsible for any required transportation from Westbrook.
Receipt Period
PNGTS is soliciting bids for the period commencing April 1, 2026 through April 30, 2026. PNGTS reserves the right to reject any bid that would hinder PNGTS’s ability to meet its full operational requirements.
