Subject: Courtesy Posting: MNUS Operational Flow Order -- LIFTED EFF 2/10

As a courtesy, Portland Natural Gas Transmission System (PNGTS) hereby notifies shippers and operators of the following notice posted by Maritimes & Northeast (M&N):

Effective 9:00 AM CCT February 10, 2026, Maritimes & Northeast (M&N) is lifting the Operational Flow Order issued on February 7, 2026.

As a reminder, Maritimes & Northeast (M&N) has limited operational flexibility to manage imbalances. As such, M&N continues to require all shippers and point operators to keep actual daily takes out of the system equal to or less than scheduled quantities regardless of their cumulative imbalance position.
Shippers are required to coordinate any imbalance payback through M&N's account representative and actual payback quantities may be limited depending on system operations and conditions. If customers do not adhere to imbalance requirements stated above, MNUS will utilize any provision of its tariff to ensure system integrity including the issuance of customer specific or system wide OFOs.

Additionally, M&N continues to require all Power Plant Operators to provide information mandated by FERC Order No. 698 until further notice. Information required includes the hourly consumption profile of directly connected power generation facilities.

Please refer to the table below for the effected M&N operational areas, dates, and tolerance percentages:

Operational Area – System Wide:
Gas Day February 9: No Due Pipe OFO 5% / 250
Gas Day February 10 and until further notice: No OFO Payback must be coordinated

Operational Area – Customer Specific:
Gas Day February 9:  No Customer Specific OFO
Gas Day February 10:  No Customer Specific OFO

NOTE:
