Subject: Courtesy Posting: MNUS Operational Flow Order -- LIFTED 
 
 
As a courtesy, Portland Natural Gas Transmission System (PNGTS) hereby notifies shippers and operators of the following notice posted by Maritimes & Northeast (M&N) and reminds customers to adhere to their scheduled volumes during the effectiveness of this notice: 
 

Effective 9:00 AM CCT September 9, 2025, Maritimes & Northeast (M&N) is lifting the Operational Flow Order issued on September 5, 2025. 

Additionally, any imbalance payback must be coordinated through your account representative.  If necessary, MNUS will utilize any provision of its tariff to ensure system integrity including the issuance of customer specific or system wide OFOs.  

Please refer to the table below for the effected M&N operational areas, dates, and tolerance percentages: 

Operational Area – System Wide: 

Gas Day September 8: No Due Pipe OFO 5% / 250  

Gas Day September 9 and until further notice:  No OFO 

NOTE: 

Deliveries No DP : Shippers are not to take more than scheduled 

Deliveries No DS : Shippers are not to take less than scheduled 

Receipts No DP : Shippers are not to give less than scheduled 

Receipts No DS : Shippers are not to give more than scheduled
