Subject: Courtesy Posting: MNUS Operational Advisory
As a courtesy, Portland Natural Gas Transmission System (PNGTS) hereby notifies shippers and operators of the following notice posted by Maritimes & Northeast (M&N) and reminds customers to adhere to their scheduled volumes during the effectiveness of this notice:
Maritimes & Northeast Pipeline Operating Company, LLC (M&N) has been made aware of an unplanned outage on the Trans Québec & Maritimes Pipeline (TQM) system. The TQM unplanned outage will reduce the physical flow and scheduled quantities into the Portland Natural Gas Transmission System (PNGTS) and ultimately the Maritimes & Northeast Pipeline LLC (MNUS), Maritimes & Northeast Pipeline Limited Partnership (MNC) and M&N Joint Facility systems. MNUS, MNC and M&N Joint Facilities systems do not have sufficient linepack to allow customers physical demand to exceed scheduled deliveries. Similarly, MNUS, MNC and M&N Joint Facilities systems do not have sufficient linepack to allow receipt point operators scheduled receipts to exceed their physical flow.
All customers and point operators must schedule adequate supply to meet their required demand (without utilizing linepack or imbalance payback) until further notice. If customers and/or point operators need additional supply to meet their demand requirements, customers and point operators are recommended to contact the following point operators for potential supply options:
MR 30029 - MARITIMES/BRUNSWICK PIPELINE METER (via Saint John LNG)
MR 35052 - XPRESS NAT GAS ELIOT
