UPDATE TO PRIOR NOTICE IDENTIFIER #906
Earlier today, Pine Prairie Energy Center, LLC (“PPEC”) sent a notice of Force Majeure alerting
its Customers of an equipment outage. Repairs have been completed and PPEC is lifting the
Force Majeure notice effective immediately.
If there is any change in PPEC’s expectations with respect to Customer impact or timing, we will
post an update to this notice.
