Effective immediately, and continuing until further notice, due to an equipment failure, Pine
Prairie Energy Center, LLC (“PPEC”) may either curtail or not confirm nominations under all
Rate Schedules.
Service shall be interrupted per the Tariff.
If there is any change in CGS’s expectations with respect to Customer impact or timing, we
will post an update to this notice.
