Effective immediately, Pine Prairie Energy Center, LLC (“PPEC”) may impose Elapsed Pro Rata
Scheduled Quantity (“EPSQ”) on reductions to any Injection nominations and on increases to
any Withdrawal nominations due to weather and current operating conditions on PPEC’s
system.
PPEC’s Critical Notice #904 remains in effect.
