Enable Oklahoma Intrastate Transmission, LLC (EOIT): System Operations Order

This System Operations Order is being terminated effective for the Gas Day of September 23,
2026.

This System Operations Order is being issued to ensure the safe, efficient, and reliable operation
of the EOIT pipeline system, effective for Gas Day September 1, 2026, beginning with the Timely
nominations cycle.

This System Operations Order has been put in place to notify all firm shippers without specific
receipt point entitlements that at least 10 percent of their total delivery nomination must be sourced
from the East Zone of EOIT’s system. This System Operations Order will remain in effect until
changed or terminated by EOIT.

In the event that, in EOIT’s sole discretion, actions undertaken pursuant to this System Operations
Order are insufficient to remedy the situation, EOIT shall take such actions as are reasonably
necessary to maintain reliability of service. This could include scheduling reductions of West Zone
receipts as necessary.

of the EOIT pipeline system, effective for Gas Day August 13, 2026, beginning with the Timely
nominations cycle.

This System Operations Order has been put in place to notify all firm shippers without specific
receipt point entitlements that at least 15 percent of their total delivery nomination must be sourced
from the East Zone of EOIT’s system. This System Operations Order will remain in effect until
changed or terminated by EOIT.

In the event that, in EOIT’s sole discretion, actions undertaken pursuant to this System Operations
Order are insufficient to remedy the situation, EOIT shall take such actions as are reasonably
necessary to maintain reliability of service. This could include scheduling reductions of West Zone
receipts as necessary.

nominations cycle.

This System Operations Order has been put in place to notify all firm shippers without specific
receipt point entitlements that at least 20 percent of their total delivery nomination must be sourced
from the East Zone of EOIT’s system. This System Operations Order will remain in effect until
changed or terminated by EOIT.

In the event that, in EOIT’s sole discretion, actions undertaken pursuant to this System Operations
Order are insufficient to remedy the situation, EOIT shall take such actions as are reasonably
necessary to maintain reliability of service. This could include scheduling reductions of West Zone
