Subject: Gorge Cut Out – Maintenance Reminder

Notice Text:

As posted in the maintenance schedule on Northwest Pipeline's 
website, Northwest will begin the Gorge Cut Out Gas Day June
22, 2026, through Gas Day June 26, 2026. During this outage the
pipeline will be isolated between the Goldendale CS located at
MP 1134.03 in Klickitat County, Washington and the Willard CS
located at MP 1175.2 in Skamania County, Washington. The cut
points will be the Willard CS which will be limited to net 0
Dth/d southbound and the Goldendale CS which will be limited to
net 0 Dth/d northbound. Volumes to Grants Pass lateral will not
be impacted by this outage. 

If primary nomination requests through the Willard CS exceeds
the available capacity of net 0 Dth/d southbound (or whatever
NWP cannot mitigate during any day of the maintenance),
pursuant to Sections 10.2 and 10.3 of Rate Schedule TF-1 in
Northwest's Tariff, Northwest will give notice of a Declared
Deficiency Period based on a design capacity of 407,000 Dth/d
southbound. The deficiency period will continue until the work
is completed on Gas Day June 26, 2026.

If primary nomination requests through Goldendale CS exceeds
the available capacity of net 0 Dth/d northbound (or whatever
NWP cannot mitigate during any day of the maintenance),
pursuant to Sections 10.2 and 10.3 of Rate Schedule TF-1 in
Northwest's Tariff, Northwest will give notice of a Declared
Deficiency Period based on a design capacity of 543,000 Dth/d
northbound. The deficiency period will continue until the work
is completed on Gas Day June 26, 2026.
