Subject: La Plata B to Pleasant View Pig Run Impact

As posted in the maintenance schedule on Northwest Pipeline's 
website, Northwest is currently performing pig runs through the 
La Plata B to Pleasant View corridor with the last run
scheduled to be completed on gas day May 21, 2026. Northwest
was not anticipating any impacts to customers, however, due to
current pipeline conditions the available northbound capacity
through the La Plata B CS will need to be limited to maintain
the integrity of the pig run.

Effective for gas day May 21, 2026, the La Plata B CS (located
in La Plata County, Colorado at MP 0.1) will be limited to
100,000 dth/d northbound.

If primary nomination requests through the La Plata B CS 
exceeds the available capacity of 100,000 Dth/d northbound (or 
whatever NWP cannot mitigate during any day of the 
maintenance), pursuant to Sections 10.2 and 10.3 of Rate 
Schedule TF-1 in Northwest's Tariff, Northwest will give notice 
of a Declared Deficiency Period based on a design capacity of 
283,000 Dth/d northbound. The deficiency period will continue 
until the work has been completed.
