Subject: Maintenance Reminder - Burley ESD and Boise ESD
Notice Text:
As posted in the maintenance schedule on Northwest Pipeline's
website, Northwest will be performing maintenance at the
following locations next week:
- Burley CS: located at MP 682.23 in Cassia County, Idaho
on gas day May 05, 2026, through gas day May 06, 2026.
- Boise CS: located at MP 802.8 in Ada County, Idaho
beginning gas day May 05, 2026, through gas day May 07,
2026.
The Burley CS will be limited to 464,000 Dth/d northbound for
the duration of the outage.
If primary nomination requests through the Burley CS exceeds
the available capacity of 464,000 Dth/d northbound (or whatever
NWP cannot mitigate during any day of the maintenance),
pursuant to Sections 10.2 and 10.3 of Rate Schedule TF-1 in
Northwest's Tariff, Northwest will give notice of a Declared
Deficiency Period based on a design capacity of 579,000 Dth/d
northbound. The deficiency period will continue until the work
has been completed.
The Boise CS will be limited to 438,000 Dth/d southbound for
the duration of the outage.
If primary nomination requests through the Boise CS exceeds the
available capacity of 438,000 Dth/d southbound (or whatever NWP
cannot mitigate during any day of the maintenance), pursuant to
Sections 10.2 and 10.3 of Rate Schedule TF-1 in Northwest's
Tariff, Northwest will give notice of a Declared Deficiency
Period based on a design capacity of 452,000 Dth/d southbound.
The deficiency period will continue until the work has been
completed.
