Subject: Sumner ESD Rescheduled
Notice Text:
As posted in the maintenance schedule on Northwest Pipeline's
Website and referenced in Notice ID 25-198, Northwest was
scheduled to perform the Sumner ESD on gas day October 28,
2025, which will now be rescheduled to commence on gas day
October 30, 2025. Northwest is rescheduling this outage to
allow Operations to conduct their work safely due to
potentially inclement weather in the area.
The Sumner CS will be limited to 816,000 Dth/d southbound
If primary nomination requests through the Sumner CS exceeds
the available capacity of 816,000 Dth/d southbound (or whatever
NWP cannot mitigate during any day of the maintenance),
pursuant to Sections 10.2 and 10.3 of Rate Schedule TF-1 in
Northwest's Tariff, Northwest will give notice of a Declared
Deficiency Period based on a design capacity of 1,033,000 Dth/d
southbound. The deficiency period will continue until the work
has been completed.
