Subject: Vernal Engine Exchange & Sumner ESD - Maintenance Reminder
Notice Text:
As posted in the maintenance schedule on Northwest Pipeline's
website, Northwest is performing maintenance at the following
locations:
- Vernal CS beginning gas day October 27, 2025, through
gas day October 31, 2025.
- Sumner CS beginning gas day October 28, 2025, through
gas day October 28, 2025.
The Vernal CS will be limited to 297,000 Dth/d northbound and
269,000 Dth/d southbound
If primary nomination requests through the Vernal CS exceeds
the available capacity of 297,000 Dth/d northbound or 269,000
southbound (or whatever NWP cannot mitigate during any day of
the maintenance), pursuant to Sections 10.2 and 10.3 of Rate
Schedule TF-1 in Northwest's Tariff, Northwest will give notice
of a Declared Deficiency Period based on a design capacity of
353,000 Dth/d northbound or 324,000 Dth/d southbound. The
deficiency period will continue until the work has been
completed.
The Sumner CS will be limited to 816,000 Dth/d southbound
If primary nomination requests through the Sumner CS exceeds
the available capacity of 816,000 Dth/d southbound (or whatever
NWP cannot mitigate during any day of the maintenance),
pursuant to Sections 10.2 and 10.3 of Rate Schedule TF-1 in
Northwest's Tariff, Northwest will give notice of a Declared
Deficiency Period based on a design capacity of 1,033,000 Dth/d
southbound. The deficiency period will continue until the work
has been completed.
