Subject: Chehalis Unit 2 Solar Inspections Extended

Northwest pipeline regrets to inform its customers additional
work has been identified during the Chehalis Unit 2 Solar
Inspections referenced in Notice ID 25-190 that will require
additional time to complete to safely bring the unit back into
service.
Currently, a definitive date for return to service is unknown
and the southbound restrictions of 490,000 Dth/d will continue
into Gas Day Friday, October 24, 2025.
An additional posting will be made as soon as more information
is known.
Northwest will continue to mitigate Operational Flow Orders
(OFO) and deficiency impacts at the Chehalis compressor station
on an operationally available basis, as referenced in Notice ID
25-190.
Northwest Pipeline sincerely apologizes for this additional
disruption and is working diligently to safely bring this
station back into service as quickly as possible to minimize
any impacts.
Shippers can monitor throughput quantities and obtain a copy of
Northwest’s OFO procedures on Northwest’s website at
www.northwest.williams.com.
