Subject: Schedule Change for Sumas ESD and Mt. Vernon ESD

Northwest has the flexibility to take advantage of the 
decreased upstream flows due to upstream maintenance and will 
be swapping the scheduled outages for the Sumas D Plant ESD and 
the Mt. Vernon ESD in an effort to minimize customer impacts. 

- The Sumas D Plant ESD will now be scheduled to begin gas 
        day August 12, 2025, through gas day August 13, 2025. 

- The Mt. Vernon ESD will now be scheduled to begin gas day 
        August 20, 2025, through gas day August 21, 2025.

The Sumas CS will be limited to 1,010,000 Dth/d southbound for 
the duration of the outage.

If primary nomination requests through the Sumas CS exceeds the 
available capacity of 1,010,000 Dth/d southbound (or whatever 
NWP cannot mitigate during any day of the maintenance), 
pursuant to Sections 10.2 and 10.3 of Rate Schedule TF-1 in 
Northwest's Tariff, Northwest will give notice of a Declared 
Deficiency Period based on a design capacity of 1,409,000 Dth/d 
southbound. The deficiency period will continue until the work 
has been completed.
