Subject: Muddy Creek ESD/MERP - Maintenance Reminder

As posted in the maintenance schedule on Northwest Pipeline's
website, Northwest is performing maintenance at Muddy Creek CS
beginning gas day July 07, 2025, through gas day October 15,
2025.
The Muddy Creek North Constraint will be limited to 717,000
Dth/d northbound for the duration of the outage.
If primary nomination requests through the Muddy Creek North
Constraint exceeds the available capacity of 717,000 Dth/d
northbound (or whatever NWP cannot mitigate during any day of
the maintenance), pursuant to Sections 10.2 and 10.3 of Rate
Schedule TF-1 in Northwest's Tariff, Northwest will give notice
of a Declared Deficiency Period based on a design capacity of
774,992 Dth/d northbound. The deficiency period will continue
until the work is completed on gas day October 15, 2025.
