Northern Border Pipeline Company (NBPL) notifies customers of an unplanned and uncontrollable electrical outage at Eldridge Compressor Station 17 (CS17) in Iowa due to recent severe storms in the area.
Therefore, pursuant to Section 6.9.1 of the General Terms and Conditions of NBPL’s FERC Gas Tariff, NBPL is declaring a Force Majeure effective Timely Cycle for Gas Day June 12, 2026.
As a result of the Force Majeure, NBPL will restrict nominated volumes for Flow Past Harper (HarpSEG) to 892 MMcf/d effective Timely Cycle for Gas Day June 12, 2026, and continuing until further notice.
Reservation Charge Credits, if necessary, will be provided consistent with Section 6.6.7 of NBPL's Tariff.
NBPL will provide updates as additional information becomes available.
