Author: Micah Harp
Notice Text
Northern Border Pipeline (NBPL) notifies shippers that the previously posted Delivery Point Underperformance at TORREN - Torrence (Delivery) is hereby lifted effective immediately. Please contact your Northern Border Customer Service Representative with any questions regarding nominations or scheduling at (866) 581-6487. **Previous Posting** Northern Border Pipeline Company (NBPL) notifies customers of concerns about the operational integrity of its system as a result of underperformance at the below locations. Therefore, NBPL is issuing an Operational Flow Order (OFO) effective immediately, June 5, 2026, pursuant to Section 6.10.6.3(d) of NBPL’s FERC Gas Tariff. · TORREN - Torrence (Delivery) NBPL has limited flexibility to absorb negative imbalances and therefore strongly encourages all shippers to ensure the daily alignment of receipts and deliveries. In order for the NBPL system to maintain its operational integrity, NBPL currently anticipates the OFO watch will remain in effect through Gas Day June 10, 2026. If NBPL does not see any improvement on the situation, we are preparing to allocate the meter down as early as ID1, June 5. Customers can help avoid the issuance of a future OFO by aligning nominations with physical flow. If a future OFO becomes necessary, it may be effective with the next available scheduling cycle. NBPL will provide updates as additional information becomes available. Please contact your Customer Services Representative with any questions regarding nominations or scheduling at (866) 581-6487.
