Northern Border Pipeline (NBPL) notifies shippers and interconnecting parties that the Outrigger receipt location will be restored to full capacity effective for ID1, January 25th, and going forward.
· ***Outrigger (Receipt) 400,000However, the Low Inventory OFO issued on January 20th (Notice ID 25974426) remains in effect through January 30, 2026. **Previous Post***UPDATE-OFO Underperformance Effective ImmediatelyNorthern Border Pipeline (NBPL) notifies shippers and interconnecting parties that the following location capacity will be adjusted effective for ID2, January 24th, and Timely Cycle, January 25.
· **Outrigger (Receipt) 125,000However, the Low Inventory OFO issued on January 20th (Notice ID 25974426) remains in effect through January 30, 2026. *Previous Post*Pursuant to the Northern Border Pipeline Tariff, Section 6.10.6.3.(d), and under the OFO (Notice ID 259744426), effective with the ID3 cycle for Gas Day January 23th, and until further notice, the following location capacity will be reduced:· Outrigger (Receipt) 77,729NBPL cannot absorb imbalances created by over/under deliveries off the system and reminds shippers that NBPL has no obligation to deliver gas in excess of the quantity NBPL receives from a shipper.Customers are encouraged to stay coordinated with the downstream interconnect for additional information.
