Northern Border Pipeline Company (NBPL) notifies customers that it’s experiencing lower operating pressures that could jeopardize the operational integrity of the system. Therefore, NBPL is issuing an Operational Flow Order (OFO) watch effective immediately, pursuant to Section 6.10.6.3(c) of NBPL’s FERC Gas Tariff at the following location:

• Spring Creek ?(Receipt) 

NBPL has limited flexibility to absorb negative imbalances and therefore strongly encourages all shippers to ensure the daily alignment of receipts and deliveries. In order for the NBPL system to maintain its operational integrity, NBPL currently anticipates the OFO watch will remain in effect through May 27th, 2025.Customers can help avoid the issuance of a future OFO by aligning nominations with physical flow. If a future OFO becomes necessary, it may be effective with the next available scheduling cycle.
