FORCE MAJEURE – MONROE – UPDATE #2

Monroe Gas Storage Company, LLC (“MGS”) declared Force Majeure effective Gas Day October 3,
2022 continuing until further notice due to damage to a pipeline lateral.

On October 7, 2022, MGS returned the west portion of the facility to limited service.

Effective Gas Day October 20, 2022, MGS estimates that it has approximately 125,000 Dth of available
injection capability, 150,000 Dth of available withdrawal capacity and 300,000 of wheeling capacity.

Actual nomination levels and changes in facility conditions may result in curtailment to scheduled
quantities. Pursuant to MGS’s Tariff nominations will be scheduled by priority level described in
Section 6.7.
