This System Protection Warning is being issued pursuant to Section 9 of the General Terms and Conditions of MRT’s FERC Gas Tariff and Section 2.6 of Rate Schedule FSS, Firm Storage Service, to inform MRT’s storage customers that, in order to maintain the operational integrity of MRT’s storage fields, effective February 15, 2026 through April 30, 2026, MRT will not schedule nominated FSS injections or allocate FSS injections under the no-notice rate schedule.  This SPW is being issued in addition to the Warm Weather SPW ID #61445.  FSS customers should reduce their overall storage inventory to no more than twenty percent (20%) of the highest inventory quantity held in storage under their FSS contracts by the end of the Withdrawal Period on April 30, 2026. MRT will not discount the overrun charges applicable to quantities remaining in storage at the end of the Withdrawal Period in excess of the 20% Tariff limit and MRT may take additional steps to ensure compliance if withdrawals from storage are not sufficient for storage customers to meet this requirement.  This System Protection Warning will remain in effect through the end of the storage Withdrawal Period on April 30, 2026.
