Subject: Operational Alert: Receipt Point Underperformance - Gas Day January 30, 2026

Millennium Pipeline Company, LLC (MPC) notifies customers of underperformance at the Stagecoach Receipt interconnect (meter 640168). Due to extreme cold temperatures across the system, MPC has no operational flexibility for negative imbalances resulting from underperformance, as outlined in the Operational Flow Order posted on January 13, 2026 (Notice ID 25973217). Shippers are encouraged to coordinate with the Meter Operator at the Stagecoach Receipt interconnect to align nominations with physical flow effective the next available cycle of the Gas Day to prevent further action by MPC. If nominations and physical flow are not aligned, MPC reserves the right to reduce scheduled quantities as early as Intraday 3 Cycle for Gas Day January 30, 2026.Please contact your Customer Services team with any questions at 1-866-581-6487.
