Tennessee Gas Pipeline has issued systemwide Critical Day1 effective January 24, 2026 and upgrading to Critical Day 2 effective January 25, 2026 until further notice. (Notice ID 398646).
At this time, BBT (Midla), LLC is requesting all shippers and delivery point operators to keep actual daily takes out of the system equal to or less than scheduled quantities regardless of their cumulative imbalance position. To the extent that any penalties are assessed by TGP at the interconnects, the shipper will be responsible for payment of such penalties.
