Tennessee Gas Pipeline has issued a systemwide (excluding the 500 line) OFO Daily Critical Day 1 notice effective for gas day October 18, 2025, until further notice. (Notice ID 396338).
At this time, BBT (Midla), LLC is requesting all shippers and delivery point operators to keep actual daily takes out of the system greater than or equal to scheduled quantities regardless of their cumulative imbalance position. To the extent that any penalties are assessed by TGP at the interconnects, the shipper will be responsible for payment of such penalties.
