Maritimes Canada (MNCA) is currently experiencing high line pack levels with some shippers having large cumulative imbalances. In the event shippers continue to grow their cumulative Due Shipper imbalances, effective 9:00 AM CCT September 12, 2026 MNCA may take necessary steps to keep them in balance, including but not limited to, customer specific OFO's in order to maintain the operational integrity of the pipeline.
This operational advisory will remain in effect until further notice.
