MNCA Operational Flow Order -- LIFTED


Notice Text:

Effective 9:00 AM CCT February 10, 2026, Maritimes & Northeast Canada (MNCA) is lifting the Operational Flow Order issued on February 7, 2026.

 

As a reminder, MNCA requires all shippers and point operators to carefully review demand for gas and schedule gas consistent with daily needs and to tender and receive gas consistent with confirmed nominations regardless of their cumulative imbalance position.

 

Shippers are required to coordinate any imbalance payback through MNC's account representative and actual payback quantities may be limited depending on system operations and conditions. To the extent shippers and/or point operators do not adhere to this requirement, MNC may issue customer specific OFOs pursuant to General Terms and Conditions Section 10, in order to maintain the operational integrity of the system.   

 

Please contact your Operations Account Representative if you have any questions.

 

Please refer to the table below for the effected MNC operational areas, dates, and tolerance percentages:
