MNCA is experiencing both large due shipper daily and cumulative imbalances. Action needs to be taken immediately to minimize these imbalances, If not, MNCA may take necessary steps to keep them in balance, including but not limited to, customer specific OFO's in order to maintain the operational integrity of the pipeline.
