Reminder - Manta Ray Critical Notice - Upcoming Outage - March 2026
Notice Text:
The Manta Ray planned outage is tentatively scheduled to begin, Tuesday, March 3, 2026 and is still estimated to take approximately 21 days.
After a test run last week, during the outage, the Nautilus-B SS207 (MR037) and Kinetica Deepwater Express-B (MR039) delivery meters combined will be limited to a newly estimated 105,000 mcf per day.
Based on current system volumes of around 155,000 MCF, Manta Ray estimates that it will need to reduce scheduled quantities by approximately 1/3 with any authorized overrun being reduced first.
Platform operators will be expected to ensure that actual produced volumes align with scheduled quantities.
The Ewing Banks 910 (MR809) production connects directly into the 16" line and will be required to shut in for the duration.
The following production sources are not impacted.
Green Canyon 18 (MR812)
Ship Shoal 349 (MR803)
GC 65 Bullwinkle (MR802)
GI-116 Hickory (MR032)
EW-1003 Prince (MR811)
ST-295 (MR034)
Additional information will be provided as it becomes available.
