Planned Maintenance Event – Header System Valve Project

Update 3

Leaf River Energy Center (“LREC”) notifies its customers that work that could have impacted the availability

of certain receipt and delivery locations has been completed. Therefore, all locations except for Venture will

be available effective with the Intraday 3 cycle for gas day Saturday, October 11, 2025. LREC will

coordinate with the Venture location operator to determine a timeline for return to service.

Customers are encouraged to reach out to their Marketing Representatives with contract specific

questions.

General Terms and Conditions of Leaf Rivers FERC Gas Tariff.

Leaf River will work closely with interconnect operators to maximize system deliverability and minimize

customer impact.

This notice provides an update on the progress and scheduling of the Header System Valve Project. Certain

operational limitations will be in effect during the project. These measures are necessary to facilitate critical

infrastructure work, minimize unforeseen interruptions and maximize operational capabilities.

Planned Maintenance Event – Header System Valve Project

Leaf River Energy Center (“LREC”) notifies its customers of upcoming planned maintenance on its header

system that will impact the availability of firm and interruptible services. The planned maintenance will

commence on Monday, October 7, 2025, and is expected to continue during the month of October.

Specifically, for the period of October 7 thru October 10, 2025, LREC has planned a full system outage that

will impact the availability of firm and interruptible receipts and deliveries at all locations. LREC will update

this notice in advance of the actual planned maintenance with additional details including potential impacts

to firm and interruptible services beyond October 10, 2025.
