    Notice of Force Majeure Event

    Per NOAA public advisory, Hurricane Delta is expected to make landfall in southwest Louisiana Friday
    evening [ 10/9/2020 ].

    Due to the current track of Hurricane Delta, LA Storage (“LAS”) is providing notice of a Force Majeure
    Event pursuant to Section 5.17 of the General Terms and Conditions of its FERC Gas Tariff.

    All transportation / hub services will be impacted for the duration of the Force Majeure event.

    Effective for Gas Day1 [ 10/09/2020 ] beginning with the [ Timely ] cycle and until further notice,
    transportation / hub services will be unavailable.

    Updates will be provided via informational postings to Pipeline’s EBB: LAS Informational Postings
