Subject:
OFO (Concurrent with Interconnecting Operator) - Critical Mode Notice
Point operator for location(s) [ Tennessee - 772292 ], [ TENN-CIP - 772298 ], recently provided notice of
an Operational Flow Order in effect on their system. After review, LA Storage (“LAS”) has determined its
own system operating conditions could be adversely affected. As such, LAS is providing notice of a change
in operating conditions, from [ Alert ] Mode to Critical Mode.
LAS is concurrently issuing an Operational Flow Order (OFO) - necessary to preserve system integrity,
stabilize operations and maintain reliable services. This OFO is effective Gas Day1 [ 09/30/2020 ] beginning
with the [ Timely ] cycle and will continue until further notice.
All shippers are required to maintain total system receipts commensurate with actual deliveries.
Specifically, shippers should avoid creating [ Long ] imbalances on the system.
Updates will be provided via informational postings to Pipeline’s EBB: LAS Informational Postings
