    Winter Weather Advisory

    KPC is issuing this winter weather advisory due to cooler temperatures moving into the KPC service
    territory. Beginning on Saturday January 24, KPC is requesting all shippers to nominate supply
    accordingly to match the anticipated increase in deliveries which will reduce operational flexibility on
    KPC. Interruptible unparking or loaning may be unavailable. Imbalance makeup for gas due shipper may
    also be unavailable. If shippers do not comply with this notice KPC could be forced into implementing a
    customer specific OFO. Interruptible shippers using PEPL Spivey as a receipt point should be prepared to
    use an alternate receipt point in case PEPL Spivey’s Firm shippers fill Spivey to full capacity.
