    Hurricane Francine - Return to Service Update #5


    Kinetica Deepwater Express (KDE) has been informed Pelican plant will back online tomorrow,
    September 18th, and production into the KDE system can resume after the required facility
    assessments are completed by Kinetica personnel and approval from Kinetica Gas Control.

    To maintain system integrity and normal operating pressures, shippers are advised to schedule
    volumes that closely reflect actual receipts into the KDE System.

    Customers are strongly advised to monitor the EBB for updates. During business hours, please
    contact the Scheduling team at (713) 228-3347 or Scheduling@Kineticallc.com if you have any
    questions. For after hours, please contact the on-call Scheduler posted on the EBB.
