    Hurricane Francine – Return to Service Update 2

    Kinetica Deepwater Express (KDE) has completed a post Hurricane Francine assessment on, 9/13/24.
    KDE is ready to receive gas at all available Receipt Points, however, there are no Delivery Points
    currently available. The Enterprise Neptune and EnLink Pelican processing plants remain offline.

    Producers/Shippers are required to contact Kinetica Gas Control at (337) 312-2101 prior to returning to
    service.

    Customers are strongly advised to monitor the EBB for updates. During business hours, please contact
    the Scheduling team at (713) 228-3347 or Scheduling@Kineticallc.com if you have any questions. For
    after hours, please contact the on-call Scheduler posted on the EBB.
