RE: KDE Delivery Point into ANR pipeline downstream of Neptune Plant


Dear Shipper:

This is to notify you that starting March 1, 2024, nominations to ANR pipeline downstream

of the Enterprise Neptune processing plant may not be available. Please confirm all deliveries

with your ANR representative as soon as possible.

For scheduling purposes: ANR Patterson Delivery, meter #399008

If the ANR delivery point downstream of the Enterprise Neptune plant is not available, Kinetica

can deliver all volumes to the EnLink Pelican delivery point.

For scheduling purposes: EnLink Pelican Delivery, meter #399006

These changes have been made to resolve operational issues.

You will not need to take any action other than to designate the appropriate meter number when

making a nomination. This change will not affect your transportation rate. If you have any
