Docket Number RP23-789-000
In compliance with Kinetica Deepwater Express, LLC (“KDE”) Stipulation and Agreement with the parties
(“S&A”) filed in Docket No. RP23-789-000 and recently approved by the Federal Energy Regulatory
Commission (“Commission”) by order dated September 15, 2023 (“Order”),1 KDE has submitted for
filing with the Commission the revised tariff records to its FERC Gas Tariff Original Volume No. 1, which
are listed in Appendix A thereto, to become effective November 1, 2023 in accordance with Article III of
the S&A.
