    Dear Customers, vendors and partners:

    I am writing this letter to you in response to the recent increase in phishing scams

    experienced by Kinetica and its customers. Kinetica has a long-standing relationship with

    our current bank, Frost which we plan to continue. We have no reason or plans to change

    that relationship.

    If you have received an email notification of banking changes, or do in the future,

    this is the result of a phishing scam or other criminal activity. Please refer to the EBB or

    your invoice for the appropriate bank payment instructions.

    If you would like to confirm Kinetica’s banking information or have any questions

    about a communication you have received regarding making payments to Kinetica, please

    call the Houma office and speak directly with Colette LeBlanc or the Houston office and
    speak directly with Brenda Mendoza. The phone numbers can be found on the Kinetica

    website https://www.kineticallc.com/.
