Kinetica just discovered that its billing software has miscalculated the cash out obligation for
approximately forty (40) KDE regulated transmission service customers. Gathering service customers’
invoices were not affected. We are in contact with the software provider and they are working on a
permanent solution.
Kinetica requests that customer not pay their current KDE regulated transmission service invoice if it
shows cash out transactions. We are preparing corrected invoices and will notify customers when they
are available on Monday or Tuesday of the week of April 19th.
Customers are strongly advised to monitor the EBB for updates.
