    Extreme Weather Neptune Plant Facility Outage – Termination

    Kinetica Deepwater Express (KDE) has been notified by Enterprise that Neptune Plant is finalizing plant

    start-up and stabilization processes. KDE will accept nominations at meter 312484 SMI-76/Garden

    Banks, effective Timely Cycle, gas day Friday, February 19, 2021.
