Extreme Weather Neptune Plant Facility Outage
Kinetica Deepwater Express (KDE) has been notified by Enterprise that due to current extreme weather
conditions, Neptune Plant is unable to receive and process gas.
As a result of this outage, KDE will not accept delivery nominations to Meter 312484 SMI-
76/Garden Banks beginning Gas Day February 16th ID2 cycle. Shippers currently nominating to
Meter 312484 SMI-76 on KDE must redirect all nominations to KEE meter 012435 SMI-76/Garden
Banks. Please coordinate with downstream delivery meter operators to ensure nominations will be
accepted.
Available KEE Delivery Meters and Capacities:

Meter 020568 – Targa Venice (272,000 Dths)
•
Meter 020554 – EnLink LIG Lirette (88,000 Dths)
•
Meter 012650 – Discovery (289,452 Dths)
•
Meter 024016 – Egan Gap Arrowhead (51,000 Dths)
